Jaccob Slavin

Do we need to say it? He's the hardest working player in the league. Seriously though, productive d-men are hard to find and he's now become a steady-Eddie in Carolina. If you need depth, the sort of guy who can play as your D3 or just have as a nice insurance play in case of injury, this is the sort of guy you want.
Timothy Liljegren

Rasmus Sandin is out of the picture in Toronto which definitely helps out Liljegren. The Leafs don't have the best pipeline for d-men so Timmay shouldn't see too much in the way of players blocking his progress to move up the line up. The Leafs are also trusting him more and he looks to be a player that's going to keep adding offense as this young buck 24 year old gets more confident and mature. The break out is on its way.
Olen Zellweger

I mean look, the odds of me dealing this kid are next to none - could be a cornerstone of my d-corps, but if you want to dangle a top 5 pick or players I like in front of me I will indeed think about it. His WHL numbers last year were ridiculous though. Like just silly numbers for a d-man. 80 points in 55 games. As a d-man! Sick.
