I have no idea how this will go or who will get him.
I don’t even think this is close to over. Guys are still thinking “how cheap could I get him?” And not “how much would I be willing to pay”

I like TJ. A lot. He’s good. But Patrick is a young guy I can build around ... younger, 2nd overall. so, I’d say Patrick>TJ. Not by a ton, but I see it. Case could be made they’re equal or TJ is a bit more valuable. I don’t see that, but i could be wrong.
Then the 1st in 19 is about the same or less than Schultz or Domi value.
Pretty close, maybe equal in some ways ... but doesn’t really beat the Tycoons as far as I can read it.

Would i trade a 3rd overall pick for him? I mean, that’s what I keep asking. What’s he worth in the draft? Top 5 I guess. Same with Patrick. So ... it’s close is all I said. Ones producing, ones young. Neither hammers the other.

Does NP even go top 5 in a redraft though? TJ does 100%

I think the Assassins are leading this.
Ryjo is 25 and putting up steady 60-70 point seasons. I’d say he’s the gem here. Maybe I’d rather Patrick, but I’d settle for the Port Moody kid considering Crawford and the first are worth so much more than Schultz.
Still not blown away by these bids - but Seans the guy moving the needle.

Blake would trade NP for TJ in a heartbeat. Let's be honest here. 20/20 GM's would.

Cuz he needs a producing star, not a prospect to go into the playoffs and next year. Which is why he’s going after ovy.
