Offseason Trade Block
Tomas Plekanec - Coming off a strong 60 point season. Played great for me down the stretch as well. I could very well protect him, but if you have a late 1st or early 2nd round pick, he could be yours. This is exactly the type of depth teams need.
Loui Eriksson - 2nd in goals for the Bruins this year and 47 points overall on the 3rd line. Jack of all trades, and settled into his role nicely. I'm looking to see if he gets dealt still with the Bruins so close to the cap as I really think he is a lot better than the 47 points he put up this season. I would be looking for a good 2nd or 3rd round pick. This is exactly the type of depth teams need.
Brad Marchand - Played injured most of last year and still lead the Bruins in goals. Just a little rat that is about as automatic a 50 point guy as they come. Missed some time with suspension last year, but that is a given. I would be reluctant to deal him as he and Bergeron are a great 1-2 punch for me and always have been. I have room to protect, but I may be looking to decrease my reliance on the Bruins going forward. This is exactly the type of depth teams need.
Andre Burakovsky - 22 points in 53 games. Made the team at 19 years old, and had the ups and downs consistent with a 19 year old. From Malmo. Hockey's Future has him ranked as the 15th overall prospect ahead of guy's like Dal Colle, Fabbri, Mantha etc. Everything I need in a prospect. Have room to protect. I could package him up with any of the players above looking to land more points. If you have interest let me know.
Protections
1. Steven Stamkos
2. Henrik Zetterberg
3. Jeff Carter
4. Patrice Bergeron
5. Brayden Schenn
6. Evander Kane
7. Brock Nelson
8. Loui Eriksson
9. Keith Yandle
10. Oliver Ekman-Larsson
11. TJ Brodie
12. Ryan McDonagh
13. Tuukka Rask
