Historically speaking, aging vet forwards are most coveted by playoff bound teams. And as time moves on, more 1sts in general will move from playoff bound teams to non-playoff teams.

Anyway, I can't believe the hate for Patrick..weird enough. Guy was scoring a 100+ in the WHL before his draft year (the amount of guys that did that is a short list). Won the WHL MVP title...consensus top 2 pick, a few injury troubles (big deal) and his rookie season is underway.

He's the slow burn, big man that has NHL game written all over him since he was 16 when he was a known commodity.

A much inferior prospect coparaed to NP is Dubois and everyone was bashinghim last year and now boom he's doing very well. They play an NHL game that translate well to the bigs.

Yea, I agree with Sean, I think Tony thought he'd get Keller nad Patrick for him...that will never happen.

I thought people would be offering more for sure. But not looking for any particular player or combo. I’ve okayed offers with more picks or older players in there. So, I’m open minded. Not fighting for a Patrick or whatever.

So should you put an expiry date on this auction now? Since I’ve put Ryjo up on here, I’ve had 5 teams send offers.

NP is on a philly team with 1 line and hardly logging minutes.
